Just because a voice is loud does not make it true. In Week 2 of Voices: Cut Through the Noise, Pastor Jamisen goes back to the garden in Genesis 3 and to Jesus in the wilderness in Matthew 4 to show that the enemy does not defeat us by force; he deceives us with lies, and he still uses the same old playbook. A lie has no power over you until you agree with it. Recognize the lie, replace it with God's truth, and repeat that truth until it becomes the loudest voice in your life.
